Booking Policy

Please take a moment to carefully read through my booking policy before scheduling any services. By booking, you agree to respect and adhere to the policies outlined. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and me. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Booking & Deposits

A $50 nonrefundable fee is required prior to booking any service in order to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until this payment has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of service in either cash or Zelle. No other forms of payment will be accepted — no exceptions.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $20 late fee or risk cancellation of their appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To ensure the best results and maintain sanitation standards, please follow these requirements:

 

  • Arrive with clean brows and no makeup on or around the brow area.

  • Please do not apply skincare, sunscreen, oils, or makeup near the brows before your appointment.

  • Please Inform me of any recent cosmetic procedures, skin conditions, or allergies prior to your booked service.

Preparation for Appointment

  • If you are sick, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have open wounds in the brow area, please reschedule.

  • Only the client being serviced is allowed in the appointment area (no guests or children).

  • All tools and equipment are sanitized according to professional microblading and beauty industry standards.

Health & Safety

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.

  • Please arrive on time and prepared to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
